On August 14, the Project Department of Haden PV Project in Saudi Arabia, constructed by CEEC as the EPC contractor, hosted an open day event themed “Exploring Green Energy at Haden PV Project” to deepen university-enterprise collaboration. Graduates from Taif University were invited to witness the construction progress and eco-friendly features of this large-scale clean energy project under the “Belt and Road” framework, while facilitating university-enterprise communication and fostering talent pipelines.
During the event, over 20 graduates toured the project’s living quarters and PV construction site, gaining insights into the working and living conditions. As part of CEEC’s localization strategy, a dedicated recruitment session was held, offering multiple technical and managerial positions for attendees. Several high-performing candidates successfully passed on-site interviews and assessments, becoming the project’s latest cohort of localized hires.
