On July 11, the China National Pavilion Day at Expo 2025 Osaka, Japan was held in Osaka. He Lifeng, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, attended the event and delivered a speech. As the sole central state-owned enterprise exhibitor at the China Pavilion, CEEC dedicated significant efforts to its “Future Smart City” exhibit, showcasing systematic solutions for China’s future urban development. Xu Lu, Deputy General Manager of CEEC, participated in the event upon invitation.
Following the opening ceremony, Vice Premier He Lifeng toured CEEC’s “Future Smart City” exhibit. Xu Lu explained that CEEC, guided by the “people-centered city” philosophy, has innovatively proposed a future city solution that features “Integration of Eight Networks”. The core of future cities lies in digital intelligence, with energy serving as its foundation and green energy representing the future of the energy sector. CEEC persists in advancing technological innovation and is committed to building a new-type energy system. The company has achieved a series of breakthrough results in areas such as compressed air energy storage, airborne wind energy, hydrogen-based fuels, and marine energy, thereby presenting Chinese solutions. Political leaders from multiple countries visiting the exhibition expressed strong interest in cooperation.
